Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from TrendsStore.in. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer an easy and hassle-free return process. Please read the details below for more information on how to return your items.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns for unworn, unwashed, and unused merchandise within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the items must be in their original condition and packaging, with tags still attached. The following items cannot be returned:

  • Innerwear, swimwear, and lingerie (for hygiene reasons)
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Clearance sale or final sale items

2. How to Return Items

To initiate a return, follow these simple steps:

  1. Log in to your account on TrendsStore.in and visit the "My Orders" section.
  2. Select the order and items you wish to return and choose the reason for return.
  3. Alternatively, you can contact our customer service team at supports@trendsstore.in to request a return.
  4. Pack the items securely with their original packaging and tags.
  5. Include the return section of your packing slip inside the return package.
  6. Use the pre-paid return label included with your order or contact customer support for a return label.

3. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they meet our return policy criteria. Refunds will be processed within 10-14 business days, and the amount will be credited to your original payment method. Please note the following:

  • Refunds may take additional time based on your payment provider.
  • If the returned item is not eligible for a refund (e.g., worn, damaged, or outside the 30-day return window), it will be sent back to you.

4. Exchange Policy

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired item.

5. Return Shipping

If the return is due to a defect or an error on our part, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label. For all other returns, you will be responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as TrendsStore.in is not responsible for lost or damaged items during return transit.

6. Gift Returns

If you received an item as a gift and wish to return it, we will issue a TrendsStore.in gift card for the value of the returned merchandise. The gift card can be used for future purchases on our website. If the gift value exceeds ₹2,000.00, a check will be issued instead of a gift card, as per federal law.
