Shipping and Delivery

Shipping and Delivery charges cover order processing, packaging, transportation, and handling. While we aim to provide accurate delivery estimates, we do not guarantee specific delivery times.

Orders are processed on business days (Monday-Saturday). Orders placed after 12:00 PM IST will be processed the next working day. Additional charges may apply for multiple failed delivery attempts.

Returns and Replacements

We want you to be completely satisfied with your TrendsStore.in order. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it under the following conditions:

  • The item must be **unused, unwashed, and in its original condition** with tags and packaging intact.
  • Returns must be initiated within **30 days** of delivery.
  • Used or damaged products (unless defective) **cannot** be returned.
  • A **pickup/restocking fee** may apply in certain cases.

Returning Gifts

For gift returns, a **TrendsStore Gift Card** will be issued to the recipient for the return amount. If the gift value exceeds ₹50,000, the refund will be processed via bank transfer instead of a gift card.

Returning Merchandise by Mail

To return an item, follow these steps:

  1. Initiate a return request from the “My Orders” section on our website.
  2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
  3. Choose **pickup service** (available in select locations) or **self-ship** the product to our return center.
  4. Once we receive the item, refunds or exchanges will be processed within **10-14 business days**.
